The Chennai Silks — product does not looks good when i go for return they are not accepted and i left the product and bill shop only

I have purchased blezer for man in the chennail silks chittoor. I dont like the product and when i return the product back to the chennail silks chittoor. They are not accepting and not have exchange option. I gave the product to sales boy at shop and bill. Can you please help to get exchange or return the money back to me. Please not that product return to them as per company policy 3days from puchase of goods. When i puchase the product they said that they have exchange policy. But now they are not accepted.
