This parcel was booked in on 26 April 2022, Tuesday morning at 10:03am to be collected from my supplier and delivered to Hoedspruit today as this contains uniforms for clients starting a new job on Friday 29 April 2022. The Courier Guy failed to collect the parcel even though all the information was sent through. After going as far as arranging with Air Freight to get the parcel flown down to Hoedspruit - the Courier Guy still failed me by not getting it to the airport. I am beyond words.
