I had ordered serums on the derma co website and received used product. So, went on the website to get a replacement but the agent's (Grima) responses where so delayed. There was no way I could speak to them to top it off they did not help me in anyway just cause the order status was not updated inspite of sending all the pictures. It was a very disgusting experience and will never order from them again. Was this information helpful? |
