This is a scam business
This is how it started
in August we got a call that we had won the membership of the Ebiza event and management services in a random lucky draw. and we were invited couple for their event which was held at Vashi. Navi Mumbai in August month.
they showed us some plans for a membership, Mr.Abhishek Kadam and MR. Yogesh Werekar who was the present sales executive who did the translation of this membership process
Mr Yogesh Werekar told us that this transaction will be done on no interest EMI. We bought this membership and completed part payment of 25000 on an EMI basis using ICICI Credit Card. Yogesh Wereker (That Salesperson) told us it's done with NO interest. But as I checked in the bank it charged a @15.9% interest rate
As per their policy, we waited for 30 days to complete and get a membership card. We asked them for the membership card they said it's dispatched and you will get delivered soon.
Then they said it's getting delivered in alphabetical order so you will get it very soon
Then they said you can collect it from the office (401, 4 FLOOR, TOWER 2, GRAND CENTRAL MALL SEAWOODS, NAVI MUMBAI 400706).
They have another office in Mumbai Pawai Location (Address: 228, 2nd Floor, Powai Plaza, opp. Hiranandani Garden, Hiranandani Gardens, Sainath Nagar, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400076)
In between all this, I was contacting customer care and info email ID. For Hotel booking But no one has replied to the email, till date. (11th Dec 2023)
So, we contacted Mr. Yogesh Wereker again. He said he had a word with the booking team and Mrs Naina in customer care, so she will help to resolve this. Their customer care service executives are very rude and unprofessional.
Mrs Naina (The Ebiza Customer Care Executive) started arguing with me and cut the call. when I ask her to give booking details by e-mail instead of telling me on call as I don’t want verbal confirmation, I want it in an official e-mail.
Now Mr. Yogesh Werekar, Mr. Abhishek Kadam, The Ebiz Customer Care have blocked my number, coz every time I try to contact them it's getting busy, same customer care number I tried from another number it's working. Now they are not answering my calls.
