I ordered nokia n73 on 23/9/2016 and reached on 29/9/2016. But it is not working (Dead handset). I registered a complaint in the emart web page they are given. A message came to my email that their staff will come and collect the product and further needfull... But till now they didnt come and collect... Although they didnt contatc me too.. If i called to the customer care call number, its not getting.. I emailled to them on [protected]@gmail.com many times.. They didnt take any necessary steps.

      This phone nokia c503 order number: [protected]. The phone was not working peoperly. Touch was not good, battery was damaged and bulged. Camera eas not working properly. The back pannel was not fitting properly withe the given battery. I had contacted you through mails and the phone numbers provided in the emart website.
      Iam so angry upon the the emart website for giving resopnse to my mails and calls.
      I want to return the product and refund of my money.

                        my self rankit, i purchase one power bank on the brand name sony against my order no - [protected] (sony power bank). Sir, when i received the product that time this product have too much bad condition and i sure this is second hand delivery. I immediately make return request online on the date 30.09.2016 . I got return mail and as per mail i got the information that your company representative will be come with in 3-4 working day at my door step but still today no one come at here and no any other response by any one.
