I have been called by some people asking for a video watching job part time. I initially showed interest then sent them email id and all. They said they called through shine where i have registered for job.. So then they sent legal agreements on mail.. I had not entered the otp but yet the agreement was acknowledged.. Then they said that i have to cancel my registration through 5500payment. I have done that too. But they have not received the noc.

I was also offered a freelancing job by this company named Glob Technology based in Gujarat as they claim. They sent an agreement on email and asked for my Pan card and Adhar card. I provided them my ID proofs, but then I found their company claims fishy. So, I called them and told them I am not interested anymore.
Now, they are constantly harassing me to pay them Rs. 5, 00, 000 in cash or they will drag me to court. My query is just that when I haven't signed any contract with them how can they harass me to pay them. This company is fraud and scamming innocent people.
