Hi Team,
I had ordered a security camera worth Rs 549 (payment for which was done online) on 24th October from the Great Store (https://greatstore.biz/index.php) using the account - [protected]@gmail.com. When I did not get any update on the order dispatch for around a week. I tried logging into my account but it's saying incorrect password. So I tried resetting the password several times but every time I was getting a message that an email has been sent to my mailbox having a link using which I can reset the password. But no mail came at all anytime.
I had also sent a mail to them at the mail address ([protected]@greatstore.biz) mentioned in their site enquiring the order details. But the mail is not getting delivered to them because the mail address is wrong.
But for a few days now the site - https://greatstore.biz/index.php is not opening and I do have any clue on the order. I, therefore, request you to please look into the matter and do the needful by getting the order delivered or getting the refund of the whole amount from the Great Store.
