I'm writing this due to the mis-information given by THE HINDU Newspaper today.

Here are the exact details appeared in Newspaper -

Title - "DISCOVERY OF LITHIUM DEPOSITS IN J&K TO CUT DOWN IMPORT NEEDS"
Page.no - 10
Info - The discovery of "5.9 tonnes" of lithium deposits in Jammu and Kashmir ( 1st paragraph) and also the details under the photo provided ( The GSI has said that "5.9 tonnes" of lithium deposits have been established in Reasi district).

So, here the misprint is 5.9 tonnes.. actually it seems to be "5.9 Million tonnes".
