The Hindu — newspaper irregular delivery

I purchased the hindu newspaper hardcopy subscription for 1 year, first of all, they did not started delivering newspaper on scheduled date and now they will be not delivering it often. I am highly frustrated with such kind of service. Below dates it has not been delivered.
