[Resolved] The Hindu — No proper delivery of Hindu paper

Hello, I have gone for a subscription offer of The Hindu newspaper that offers a Rs.399 offer for a period of 12 months. I subscribed for this on 25th october, 2013 and I got the paper only yesterday i.e., on 4th november, 2013 after calling your sales manager repeatedly and sending details regarding the order number over a hundred times. But today i.e., 5th november, 2013, when i tried calling up your manager he gave lame excuses saying that he is driving his vehicle and cannot talk and even after repeated calling he refused to not only ignore the call but also did not deliver the paper.I booked the order through Mr.Rajesh, the booking agent who referred Mr.Prasad's name, a dealer near ameerpet.My name is Samuel John from hyderabad and the below are my details... Sir,
I am a resident of Besant Nagar, Chennai, Tamil nadu. We took a 6 months package of The Hindu Tamil paper period starts from 16-Mar-2014.

For the past 1 week, we have not received the News Paper even after showing the Renewal-receipt.

I don't know what went wrong!!

We are following The Hindu from our Grand Father days. We are paying English version every month to another agent. We are getting without any problem.

Kindly arrange to deliver The Hindu Tamil news paper which I have already paid in advance without any further delay.
