The Hindu — non delivery of the paper since five days

Address: 402, Ganga House, Zaheer Nagar Colony Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500007, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500007

It has been five days and we have not received the newspaper. I have paid for in advance and this is non delivery is very unfortunate and not a responsible behaviour. Kindly arrange for the delivery of the newspaper at the earliest. I have already registered a complaint online two days back and this is my second complaint. I hope action is taken against the agent responsible.

I am staying at sadasiva nagar, Madipakkam. My agent Lalitha Agency is charging an amount monthly for delivery. Am I obliged to pay.
