I am tried of calling your toll free no and lodging complaints. My subscription started from 16 June 2015 and till now I have received only 1 newspaper that too after calling the local distributor and the vendor. I dont understand what is so challenging there to deliver a paper in todays world to a particular address. The vendor who came once said he will throw the paper everybody to 4th floor which is pretty much not viable, and when I call him up for not receiving paper he said different stories different times. I am tired of calling so many people, I want the newspaper to be delivered at my doorstep as was promised during subscription. If you cannot do that just tell me that and give my money back. It is better to go and buy paper from any shop directly. We have office, we do not have time to keep calling you daily for a newspaper. I hope you understand. Hope you will take proper step otherwise I will go to Consumer Forum, but I want to see the end of this episode.
