I am a resident of N R Colon, Bangalore and I have subscribed for one year to the hindu newspaper using their website by paying rupees 1099 on[protected]. I was assigned subscription id [protected]. My subscription period was assigned from[protected] to[protected]. I was receiving the paper regularly from[protected] till the last few days through the local vendor (Raj kamal Store). For the last 3 days[protected] I was not delivered the paper. On enquiry with the vendor I came to know that local executive by name Gagan has told the vendor to stop delivering the paper. I tried calling that ### Gagan but he was not responding. I raised the complaint through CUSTOMER CARE and also I sent the mail with all the proof. I got the assurance that problem would be sorted out soon. I never expected this kind of causal attitude from a reputed company like The Hindu. All these executives are useless ###S and have to be fired immediately. It is better to kick their ### and throw them from the company.
