Hello luminous team,
We have been raised the complaint on 19th july but still today not resolved the complaint. And complaint / reference no was: 84524c17040718. I forwarded that complaint.
Today complaint is not resolved so i wll be forwarded this matter senior level otherwisse i will raised the complaint on consumer affairs.. Kindly resolve asap.
