I submitted my printer as well as 2 hp laptop in jabil hp service center in maharashtra, pune. They told me it has been solved by doing some diagnosis test. They told me the amount of rs. 2062 has to be paid which include all the taxes. So i ask for the original copy of the bill. The reason they provide me was that, we don't have any format of bill and we don't provide any bill to any customer. By listening to them, i said return all the taxes which you have added to my services. Then the senior person came to meet me and he told me that i'll mail the bill on your mail id. Still with continuous follow-up they haven't send me the bill. I don't know how they are processing with taxes. But as a customer rights my duty is for asking for an original bill. Jabil is just doing fraud in taxes as he is charging tax to each person coming there for service and not providing them any receipt.
