I stayed at the park with 2 friends. I checked on 31st night and checked out on 3rd at 6 am. Rs.44, 766- for 3 rooms for 3 persons for 3 nights was paid by credit card. This was as per the amount confirmed and billed by the hotel. Payment in full was made for room numbers 7021 (Ms. Cai weijuan), 8022 (Mr. Huang dingjun) and 8038 (Mr. Virendra kumar).
The bills were deliberately not handed over to us at the time of check out. Even after waiting for 30 minutes for the bill print out, we were not given the bills due to some "problem" in the printers. Since we were getting delayed, we paid the full amount via credit card and left the hotel without the bill.
To my shock, after check out, the hotel in an un authorised manner and without confirmation, charged again for rs.3989- via the same credit card.
The bills were generated later and sent to me by email after much follow up. On verification of the bills, it is clear that we were wrongly charged for room number 6056 occupied by one mr. Deepak rajendran.
Even after many follow up calls and emails there is no refund or response. Was this information helpful? |
