I m also facing the same problem this time I made an online payment of two gowns Rs 952 on 15/02/2019 I received this message that payment made successfully received your order no 85582 and delivered to 12 to14 days I had a marriage in March and I m feeling very sad to this type of response i have also received the mail from rozarpay site for sucessfull payment they mentioned me the ticket no 390486 i also complaint this site not receiving the product these gave me the mail id [protected]@gmail.com and contact no which is always not reachable busy switch of. Plz do something
