The Shoppers — To Raise Charge back. I tried all the way to contact my bank but I failed.

Note: ( worst service from Canara Bank I visited branch regarding the issue but no use there,
then I visited canara bank grievance adressal in website but that also failed due to thier poor maintenance).

In the month of january an earning app called shoppers was released.

I paid an amount of one lakh eighty thousand by two transactions through RAZORPAY

But after 2 months the company is closed and merchant didnt provided the services

Then i contacted RAZORPAY regarding this fraud they requested me to raise chargeback from my issuing bank.

Please raise the chargeback sir
