Sir main smart shop ka agent hu mera terminal id INCCU03000030I hai . maine irctc ka dpulicate DC ke liye apply kia tha 45 days pehle, na hi mera dc diya gay jab bhi call karta hu mujhe kehte hai IRCTC ko forward kiaya gaya he, 11th december ko 1500 rupia dc ke liye kata hai, aur mail bheja he sab attested doucument form fill karke bhej do, jabke hamne 4th November 2015 ko hi sare document couriear karwa diye the, 6th november ko office me pouch gaya tha courier jiska POD hai mere pas . enka har baar ka yehi kaam hai agent se paise lo or unhe 3-4 mahine tak latka kar rakho. please help me my contact number : [protected] my email... pinkesh.[protected]@gmail.com

Till date no solution about digital certificate, fraud company, don't work with The Smart Shop.
