I am Ganesh from Mumbai, ordered smartwatch (WX2-4G Android Smart Watch) through your website (www.thebestwatches.in) on 05/07/2019 order Id #him5694. And I received the product on 11/07/2019 and I am very disappointed with the product I have seen on the website is not the one I got completely different and the received product is not working. I tried to report the same in Customer Care details given in the website[protected], its keep on ringing. So I am trying in all the ways to reach you also I have drafted a mail regarding this to your support mail id [protected]@thebestwatches.in no response from your side. I need my money please refund it. Please take back your product.
