Thedenzil — Online Shopping Fraud

We have purchased the smartwatch from the website named "thedenzil.com." We received the parcel on 15 July, and it was cash on delivery. When we open the parcel it was some random local cheap watch costing around 100-200 and we paid INR 2450 for that so we want to return that parcel and we tried to contact the seller (contact no. : [protected] / [protected]) but those numbers are invalid. We also leave them a mail (Email: [protected]@gmail.com) but we haven't received any response. We also had words with the courier team but they were also unable to help us. So, we are unable to contact the seller. And, also they mention their address on the website (B-32 Veera House, Industrial Area, West Bangalore - 560015) but we received a parcel from Ahmedabad 380006, & courier co. send us a different address to return the parcel. So the address was also not correct.

I also want to mention one shipment company i.e, SHIPROCKET because the shipment was arranged by that company. I talked to them & ask for help but they said they don't have the authority to share the seller's details. I'm telling you this because SHIPROCKET has information about the seller as the payment mode was cash on delivery so it will transfer to the seller's account through shiprocket so they are in between that transcation.
