I ordered the combo pack of jbl white headphones and black earpodes on 06/06/2020 for Rs-1599 from themelodymusic.com but today I received the wrong headphones of the Chinese company for the same cost and I asked the delivery boy that I buyed a combo pack but it is single pack he told me that the other pack will be provided to you afterwards and then I complained on the website and they are not responding to me and and I tried my best to contact the retailer but the mobile number on the package is invalid .So now I want the my refund back for the fake product or I need the exact combo pack of headphones and earpods on my address as soon as possible.
