On July 15th 2022 I ordered a shampoo 'Allermyl' from the site 'thepetcare.in' for Rs.570. I got an email confirming the order. Order no was #5788.
I kept checking the next few days for the tracking info. As it was not shipped till the 21st I contacted them via email and was not replied to. When tried the contact number, the call was not attended. And the same WhatsApp number responded that they have limited logistic partner and would be sending it through speed post.
On 25th and 26th I contacted the WhatsApp number again with no reply. On 27th when I tried calling they responded by text that I would be refunded by 8 pm. On 28th I called again they responded by text that within one hour the refund would be issued. I did not get the refund till now.
I have not expected this from this site as I have bought dog food and other items multiple times, all prepaid, and got delivered on time. Was this information helpful? |
