Theshaavi.com — it's been almost 3 month and I've not received my order

I placed an order on 9th april, order number is #1031. It do not provide cod so my order is prepaid. The site says order takes 2-3 weeks to get delivered. I emailed them once that period was over. After sending 3-4 emails i got one reply from a personal mail address saying sorry for the inconvenience and claiming, sometimes it take 5-6 weeks to get delivered. Okay i said but since then i have not received any reply for the mails i've send, it is 11 july and i've yet not received my order.
