Dear sir, it was a uncomfortable situation faced in bellary govt bus station on 06.09.19 afternoon.
When i went to the public toilet in the bus stand, the toilet maintenance personnel sitting out side demanding 2 rs for urinal and 5 rs for latrine, while it has been clearly mention that urinals are free and latrine is for 3 rs. Photograph is attached for reference.
When asked they simply say we need to clean the toilets so u must pay or get out, when i said that i will complain, they are showing deaf ears and saying do what ever you can. The toilet personnel that caused trouble is the toilet that is near the entrance to the depot of ksrtc. I kindly request to take action soon.
If, this not been taken care nobody will go to toilets. Everybody will start doing at public places and it will affect swatch bhutan mission.
Pls take necessary action.
