Think Embedded — Watch warranty help didn't get

One month ago i bought a timex watch from amazon and it is water resistant, but after some days later accidentally spill some water on this watch now the watch glass is fully covered with water and i just messaged to amazon then they replied contact the watch company and i inform the problem with TIMEX INDIA but they didnt respond. After that i send a message in instagram to the TIMEX INDIA Instagram page they said we will contact you, but no response get from them so i decided to
take the watch to a watch mechanic he said that the is getting rust so contact the company. So iam asking for help me from this solution or please give me the money back or exchange this watch.
