I took the NEET Course for my son and Paid Rs.10, 000 in advance. They gave me the course for Rs.75, 000 with ecs monthly. But my son is not happy with the course. He attended only 6 days and does not want to continue. Hence, we sent an email to cancel the course and informed the customer support several times to cancel the course and refund the amount of Rs.10, 000. I cancelled the ecs payment from my bank and clearly informed the customer support not to contact me for any emi's as I am not interested. Even though, till now I am receiving the calls from collection team to pay the EMI's. This is very frustrating and torturing the customer even after we had cancelled the course. There is no sign of refund of amount of Rs.10, 000 also. Please take immediate action against this company so that they does not cheat other parents as they did with me. I was asked to pay the deposit amount in Nungambakkam branch, Chennai near to Income Tax office.
