I have booked a flight ticket for myself and my fiance from Kochi to Kolkata for[protected]. While booking everything went fine but at the end an error occurs, but my money got debited from the account and no confirmation msg or email received for such booking. I received a message from Thomas cook that they have received my payment.
When i checked online in Thomas cook site with my user id and password, i seen that my payment was received by them but my flight has not been booked.
