I had Thomson B9 series LED smart TV, i am facing the issue with Youtube since 2 weeks. I have called Thomson customer care and asked about my issue they said they need 7 days to resolve it, its 14 days completed till today. And now when i trying to reach thomson customer care it is not connecting. Can anyone help me out how it is getting updated. Can someone from Thomson look into this issue and help us resolving the same. Since 14 days I am not able to use YouTube. And still Thomson is not looking in to this issue. I have forced my friends to buy Thomson only.
