Complaint no.9838923/ dt:-10.08.2019 complaint number for tv. I am sunil rane it’s have been more then two month, after complaining about our tv, we have mailed more then 15 times and still there is no call or any contact, when ever we try to ur mechanic bhavesh [protected] same answers yes i will come, i am in virar, pune,... I confused ur big company and this type service? And in the mail we get the same replay. Its high time now. When called to customer service he replyed only one answer after 7 days, part not available or tv mechanic contact you after 2 days but no body contact till today.
Please do need full or replace tv early as possible.
