I had ordered chambray stitched cloth urban chic black from thoppia.com

I received grey colour product instead of black. So i complained about the same in the mail with the photos attached to thoppia.com having mail id [protected]@thoppia.com and [protected]@thoppia.com.

I received the response stating its the black colour only not grey and they are not ready accept the mistakes and denying refund and return of the product.

Please take strict action against this fraud online sites.
