Thrillophilia — complaint against thrillophilia for non-refund of payment for cancelled services

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Thrillophilia.com regarding their failure to provide a refund for services that were canceled as part of my honeymoon package to Sri Lanka. The details of my grievance are as follows:

Booking Details:

TRAVEL PACKAGE: 8 Days Sri lanka Package
BOOKING DATE: 29 December 2023
NO OF TICKETS: 2 Adults
DURATION: 8 Days 7 Nights
TRAVEL DATE: 26 January 2024

Initial Package Cost:

The initial package offered to me was priced at INR 39, 500 per person.
Additional Services:

Upon my request to include watersports activities and a candlelight dinner, the package cost increased to INR 44, 890 per person.
Payment Details:

I made the full payment of INR 89780 before the commencement of my honeymoon. Payment receipts and transaction details are attached for your reference.
Cancellation of Services:

A few days prior to our honeymoon, Thrillophilia informed me that they were unable to book the watersports activities and assured me of a refund for the same.
Additionally, the candlelight dinner was canceled during the honeymoon, for which I was also promised a refund. I also give a very nice review as my travel partner asked for as everything else was nice so I have given a very nice review.

Non-Refund of Payments:

Despite numerous attempts to contact my travel agent, Ms. Pooja, and other involved personnel via calls and messages, I have not received the promised refunds.Instead not evening replying to my calls and messages.I have attached the chat history and email correspondence as evidence of my attempts to resolve this issue.
Inconvenience Caused:

This experience has caused significant distress and financial inconvenience during what was meant to be a special occasion.
In light of the above, I request the following:

An immediate refund of the amount corresponding to the canceled watersports activities and the candlelight dinner.
A formal apology from Thrillophilia for the inconvenience caused.

I have exhausted all possible avenues to resolve this issue directly with Thrillophilia and have received no satisfactory response. Therefore, I am compelled to seek your intervention to address this matter.

Please find attached copies of all relevant documents, including payment receipts, booking confirmations, and communication records with Thrillophilia.

I look forward to your prompt assistance in this matter.
