Ticketdada — transaction failure refund

I have tired to book Lingaa ticket on 11/12/2014 and the corresponding money is deducted from my account balance but your site says that the ticket has been cancelled, i did not get any refund amount so please check it because i have tried it twice and both the times there is deduction in the money but the ticket is not available or booked.I called your call center but the call is automatically disconneted some many time.even there is no respones to my email So, kindly refund the amount.
