Ticketgenie India — Booked IPL tickets for RCB vs PBKS - Didn't receive it

It tried to book two tickets yesterday 13-MAR-2024 for RCB vs PBKS match through the ticketgenie/PayZapp website.

It showed as the transaction was successful and even the money got debited from my account instantly but I haven't received the confirmation of tickets till now.

Please help me get a refund and as far I've checked, they don't seem to have a proper customer care support.
