I have asked the company to pause my connection in April 2024 after having paid all dues and then discontinuation in Jun 2024. They have constantly continued to bill me and have been asking for money. They have now sent a notice that if I do not pay a certain amount they will take legal notice without confirming if they will stop harassing me post it.

The Appelate Authority is also not helpful. There is constant harassment...

I have been facing an issue where my internet keeps disconnecting. Have filed a a complaint repeatedly from past 3 weeks. My complaint gets auto resolved and I tried to speak with representative and they put me on hold and never respond back. Once I was able to talk and they assigned some one to look into it.
