Dear sir,
Times india vacation company sent me a mail on 26th march that my email id has been selected as i am frequent buyer. The mail mentioned that if i book a holiday package with them (Worth rs 5555) they will send me a promised gift also.The same was also communicated via phone by their company staff. I have attached the same for reference. Other details are as follows:
National package in just rs 5555/-
Offer stands valid for 2n/3d for india.
Offer can be utilised with our listed resorts only.
Offer include breakfast, lunch & dinner only.
Resorts list are subject to up-gradation.
Offer is valid for 02 adults and 01 kid below 05 years.
Split of the package is not allowed.
For booking you need to call our customer care executive, however every booking will be done on call through e-mail only.
Offer stands valid for accommodation only. Offer does not include for any repair and maintenance of internal hotel stay, transport or any other private services other than services given by particular hotel as a complimentary services.
You will be charged directly at hotel for any private services rendered to your good self other than accommodation which is included in our package
Offer for all over india in big cities.
On their websites they promised to deliver assured gift which they advertised on their website.They charged me on their website through my credit card.
Now 3 weeks have gone by since my order was placed (29th march) and money was debited, yet i have not received any gifts (Ac, etc) as promised.
I had also sent a refund mail to them on 5th april at the email address which was mentioned by them in the mails to be used for a guaranteed refund ([protected]@india.com).

I have been cheated by this company and my amount of rs 5555 still lies with them. Kindly look into the matter and try to get my money refunded.
