Times Of Money Ltd — money deducted but not get uc

Today I tried to buy some uc in app purchase from pubg Mobile game. Money from my account is deducted but didn't get uc. One my friend got his uc instantly but I don't. I have used my SBI net banking I tried 3 times for purchase that item and spend money for it all the 3 times I got deducted but didn't get money. I am doing this cause there is some kind of offer by Google play store. They are providing 70 rupee free while purchasing item more than 70 rupees.

I have purchased in-app product from asphalt 8 worth 79.00 rs through net banking, amount is deducted from bank but item is not purchased. Also there is no history about that transaction in google payment history. Payment has been done to times of money. Process is not done.
