Didnt receive any service for Premium pack activated

I have activated premium pack for my profile in timesjobs.com but still now i dint get any benefit from that. I tried to contact customer support but they are saying that my profile dont have market value; I have offer from one of the top MNC in hand now. How can they say like this? Simply they are getting money from consumers and that's it.Please intervene in this matter and help me to get back my money where i dont have value for my profile....

Did no provide services even after paying

Cheat for the shake of interview arrangement

They are cheaters and daily will keep on calling you to buy the services like education verification, employer verification and experience verification but they take the money and don't provide any service. And they will call daily to buy service one after another saying your profile is not complete. They are fake and cheaters. I already lost 5. 5 rupees so don't come in their trap.
