I used buy royal pass in pubg mobile game and used to pay the amount 730 using sbi net 🏦 but the amount is debited but purchasing is cancelled. The payment was completed and from bank the amount is debited but the purchasing the royal elite pass was cancelled and purchasing closed,, please refunded my money to sbi bank-[protected]

I had made a purchase of 799 rupees for PUPG mobile yesterday. My transaction is complete but failed in getting UC in pupg. Kindly look into this and refund the amount again to my bank account.
