TimesofMoney — amount debit from my saving account and not credit to ping uc

Hi,

I have paid amount for two times 799/- and 249/- INR PUBG game UC credit from my state Bank of India account on 22/02/2019... However money got debited from my bank account and not credited to my PUBG account as it showed an error payment failed... Please check and credit my funds back to my account on priority...
