TimesofMoney — battle for the galaxy game purchased

On 30.7.2017 i will perchased a special offer from the game battle for the galaxy by rs. 650. But till now i don't received any email from google or special gift. Send my documents to game developed co. By emai. But they bring google purchased documents but have not any google purchase documents google not to send me any document at my email so i can not show to him my document i hope you will help me for got that special offer of cash back returned

I've just purchased ₹1350.00 worth gold coins my money was cut, but didn't receive the coin.. It happen many times on game purchases, you will have to solve this problem... HELP
