TimesofMoney — builders pack in clash of clans worth rs 399

I purchased the builder pack in clash of clans for Rs 399 . Money got deducted but i didnt received my purchase.Please give me refund as soon as possible. Kindly look into the matter. I also got this message.

I have bought vlive coins from www.vlive.tv with my vlive app no V28E1D2B on 14 June at 8.14 pm. The money 1850rs was deducted from my account but I didn't receive the vlive coins which I intended to buy. I want my money to be refunded. Please help.
