TimesofMoney — deduction of money but product is not given

I buy energy pack for game viking war of clans. I select pack and pay for it. Money was successfully transferred to times of money ltd. But they don't pay further to plarium and pack is not applied. None in plarium answer and noone in times of money, also times of money don't have complaint window or anything on there site. Now i want them to return my money or give the desire pack i want.
