TimesofMoney — feature not added

Hello,
I did a transaction of rs 620 on 25 sept, 2018 to purchase an in-game feature of game boxing star.
I was informed by the server that money will reflect within 24 hours but nothing happened.
Kindly add my in-game feature or refund the money.
Online transaction was done through corporation bank.
Details are given below.

I've made a purchase in game monster super league worth Rs 180 and the money has been deducted by times of money limited. I've contacted the game developer and the answer was that the payment hasn't gone through, but the money has been deducted. Please help thankyou
