i tried to purchase diamonds in garena free fire for a total of Rs / 880, but i didn't get any diamond to my account, but Rs/880 have been debited from my sbi bank account, when i describe my issue to free fire customer care service, they are saying to contact times of money server, .. please refund debited amount to my account..

Sir, on 9th Oct 2020, the payment of the amount of INR Rs 10 for "Garena Free Fire" been made. But the product is not received even the amount is debited from my bank account. Please return back the amount of Rs. 10 to my bank account. Please see the debited amount proof in the attached file.
