TimesofMoney — money deducted but product not received.

Hi, I have purchased uc (unknown cash) in PUBGmobile game worth Rs. 799 on 22nd august. The money was deducted from my bank account but not reflecting either in playstore order history nor the purchase is successful in the PUBGmobile app.
The bank receipt of deducted amount is attached below.
Please either process the purchase or refund ASAP.
