I tried purchasing a course from udemy app. Done payment through google play store, 800 rupees deducted from account but course purchase was not successful. It showed error message. Even though money deducted from account i was not able to purchase the course. I am student somehow i managed money to buy this course and what i get is loss. Please solve my issue as soon as possible i want my money back Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I paid Rs 250 on 15.02.18 via internet banking for purchasing piggy bank of candy crush game Ref no.([protected]IGACXPQHC1) The said purpose is not successful. Til today 16.02.18 iam waited no output from ur side.Hence kindly refund the money which is already deducted.

Same happen to me. How to resolve this issue any idea. It worked before but stuck my 800 in purchasing udemy course. they(udemy) are not replying my email also. Google behave in same way. what to do now.
