[Resolved] TimesofMoney — Payment deducted for in game purchase but not get the benefit

I had purchased the pack breahthrough bonus pack in the game, Lords Mobile amounting Rs. 1524.00 yesterday i.e. 03/10/2021 via Ref. No. [protected]IGAMDDHLZ4 through SBI Net Banking. While contacting the game support team they updated that the transaction was cancelled. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

I raised the issue just few minutes ago, i didnt saw any initiative from the company but they marked the issue as resolved. i didnt got my money back yet.

TimesofMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
