TimesofMoney — Payment failed but money deducted from my account

Money deducted from my account on 17 Oct 21 on purchase of fl studio mobile app from google play store and transaction was from sbi net banking from my side but it was pending at your end and not got install option in play store. Then again i purchased with google pay upi then successful transaction was done and i got install option. But amount of earlier transaction was pending and also amount not refunded back.

Pls refund back my money
