TimesofMoney — payment unsuccessful

I did some payment of game - clash of kings, i did total 5 payments on 03.10.2018 in which 3 was of 80 inr and 2 was of 800 inr and one payment was unsuccessful of 800 inr, so i want the refund as money is deducted from my bank account.

One of the below mentioned payment was unsuccessful.
